The Regional Local Democracy Program is funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites young individuals to a free informal education program aimed at improving the skills of young people in accordance with the needs of the market and enabling them greater competitiveness on the labor market.

Training Content
  • Google Analytics

    • Under the guidance of experts, young individuals will have the opportunity to grasp the basics of Google Analytics tools and obtain free certificates from Google Analytics Academy - Google Analytics for Beginners and Advanced Google Analytics.

    •  Through participation in this training, participants will learn how to analyze data and gain insights into advanced features of Google Analytics, including data collection, processing, configuration, and more advanced tools for analysis and marketing.

    • The training is intended for all young people who want to delve into the world of analytics, learn the basics that can help them in further education and advancement in this field, or for those who want to expand their existing knowledge.

    • Requirement: Basic knowledge of the English language; computer literacy

    • Planned number of participants: 20

  • Advertising, Marketing, and Media

    • Through advanced and dynamic training, participants will have the opportunity to explore the world of digital marketing and advertising.

    • This comprehensive program is designed to equip young people with modern marketing skills. Participants will gain knowledge about creating marketing strategies, digital marketing, social media, SWOT analysis, promotion, and more.

    • The training is intended for all young people who want to change their career, expand their existing knowledge, or learn something completely new.

    • Format: Online or in-person for participants from Sarajevo Center, Novo Sarajevo, and East Sarajevo

    • Planned number of participants for the online format: 20

    • Planned number of participants for in-person training: 15

Duration
  • Training Content (Google Analytics)

    • Duration: Five weeks, three times a week (November 13 - December 18, 2023) Format: Online

  • Training Content (Advertising, Marketing, and Media)

    • Duration: Six months (November 13, 2023 - May 12, 2024)

Eligibility

  • Young individuals who meet the following criteria can participate in the training:

    • Age between 18 and 35 years old;

    • Students in the final years of the first and second cycles of studies (proof of enrollment required)

    • Residency in one of the 13 partner cities/municipalities of the ReLOaD2 project: Bihać, Sarajevo Center, Gacko, Goražde, East Sarajevo, Gradiška, Mostar, Novo Sarajevo, Prijedor, Prozor-Rama, Rudo, Ugljevik, and Vitez (proof of residency required).
