What's it about?
The YSF provides up to $25,000 USD in seed funding for impactful, youth-led projects that:
Foster intercultural & interfaith dialogue
Promote peace, mutual respect, and cultural pluralism
Counter violent extremism & identity-based conflict
Strengthen respect across religions & cultures
Who Can Apply?
Youth-led NGOs (ages 18–35 in leadership)
Legally registered non-profits, operating for at least 2 years
Based in eligible countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the MENA region
MENA Focus Countries: Egypt, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Djibouti

Project Duration: 12 months
Required documents: legal registration proof, governance docs, org chart (with ages), CVs, IDs, and more.
Grant must not exceed 50% of your organization’s annual 2024 budget.
Eligibility
• Organizations must be youth-led (the majority of decision-making positions held by individuals aged between 18 and 35).
• Must be non-profit, non-governmental organizations legally registered in their country of operation as a charity, foundation, NGO, or association.
• Must have been officially registered and operational for at least two years before the application deadline.
• Must be based in an eligible country listed by UNAOC (including a broad range of low- and middle-income countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe).
• Projects must be entirely developed and implemented by youth and benefit the community, especially young people.
