Eligibility

Expected Result
  • By the end of December 2026, the following results will be achieved:

    • By end of SY 2025-2026, the %age of children aged 3-8 years enrolled in each of the 21 barangays increased compared to the SY 2024-2025 baseline:

      • for children aged 3-4 years

      • for children aged 5 years

      • for children aged 6—8 years

    • By end of SY 2025-2026, the percentage of children aged 3-4 years with at least average overall development is:

      • at least 60% in each of the 21 barangays

      • at least 25% in each of the 7 municipalities

    • By end of SY 2025-2026, the percentage of children aged 5 years with at least average overall development is:

      • increased in each of the 21 barangays increased in

      • at least 40% of each of the 7 municipalities

    • Percentage of Grade 1 to 3 pupils with improved skills in reading and numeracy in 7 municipalities

    • At least 15% in Reading

    • At least 10% in Numeracy
