By the end of December 2026, the following results will be achieved:
By end of SY 2025-2026, the %age of children aged 3-8 years enrolled in each of the 21 barangays increased compared to the SY 2024-2025 baseline:
for children aged 3-4 years
for children aged 5 years
for children aged 6—8 years
By end of SY 2025-2026, the percentage of children aged 3-4 years with at least average overall development is:
at least 60% in each of the 21 barangays
at least 25% in each of the 7 municipalities
By end of SY 2025-2026, the percentage of children aged 5 years with at least average overall development is:
increased in each of the 21 barangays increased in
at least 40% of each of the 7 municipalities
Percentage of Grade 1 to 3 pupils with improved skills in reading and numeracy in 7 municipalities
At least 15% in Reading
At least 10% in Numeracy
