The Nordic Cultural Fund is seeking applications for Globus Opstart+ Funding Programme to support the establishment and research phases of artistic and cultural projects that connects actors from the Nordic and other places and regions in the world.

The program aims to make space for artistic development, experimentation and exploratory approaches that require engagement from different parts of the world. With Globus Opstart+ they focus on creating networks and collaborations characterised by deep relations. They encourage you therefore to explore and establish clear structures and mutual project organisation with the potential for long-term development.

The program can be applied by new projects and collaborations, as well as previously supported initiatives as part of a new development phase.

Funding Information

• You can apply for max. DKK 75,000. Fees may comprise 80% (though no more than DKK 45,000) of the applied Globus Opstart grant.

Eligible Projects 

• The project must be clearly linked to artistic and/or cultural contexts or environments.

Ineligible Projects

• The Nordic Culture Fund does not support projects that focus primarily on, for example, sporting events, business development, technological development and innovation, the social area, journalism or social science.

• Projects that are assessed to be able to be developed within the Fund’s Project Funding and Opstart programs cannot, in principle, obtain support from Globus Opstart+.

Eligibility

• You can apply as an individual, group, institution, association, company, public or private organisation.
