About

The Clinical Research Studies of Atirmociclib in HR+/HER2- and/or HER2+ Breast Cancer (CRSA-BC) Call for Applications 2027 supports investigator-sponsored clinical research designed to advance clinical evidence on atirmociclib-based combination approaches for patients with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer and/or HER2+ breast cancer. The program seeks to generate new insights into recurrence biology following adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment and to evaluate innovative combination strategies involving atirmociclib. A total funding envelope of USD 8 million is available to support up to six clinical studies, with individual projects expected to be implemented over a period of up to three years. Eligible activities include clinical research studies investigating recurrence mechanisms, treatment sequencing, and combination therapies that address key scientific and therapeutic questions in the target breast cancer populations. The opportunity is open to projects conducted in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States. Applications will be submitted through a two-stage process consisting of an initial concept application followed by an invitation-only full proposal stage for shortlisted applicants. The deadline for Phase 1 concept applications is 12 January 2027.
