Our Daily Grant Program Supporting Grassroots Initiatives
About
The Pollination Project’s Our Daily Grant Program (ODGP) provides microgrants to empower volunteers and grassroots organizations implementing charitable community projects worldwide. The program is designed to strengthen small-scale, volunteer-led initiatives that deliver positive social impact through community service and grassroots action. Each year, the Pollination Project awards 365 microgrants of up to $500 USD to help individuals and organizations start, expand, or sustain their projects. Eligible activities include initiatives that serve charitable purposes, foster community engagement, and contribute to social good. Projects must have a total budget under $10,000 USD and align with the program’s mission of supporting grassroots change.
Eligibility
Applicants must be able to receive funds via wire transfer. Organizations must operate without paid staff, except for occasional professional services such as web design or accounting, and must have an annual budget not exceeding $50,000 USD. Neither applicants nor organizations may already be recipients of the Pollination Project’s Daily Grant. Projects must serve charitable purposes and cannot be for personal gain. The program does not support animal agriculture or farming activities, animal products, beekeeping projects producing honey for sale or human consumption, academic or research projects, one-time donations, political parties, campaigns or elections, discriminatory initiatives, or projects requiring beneficiaries to engage in faith-based practices.
