Eligibility

Participation in this award track is open exclusively to filmmakers, students, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and changemakers residing in countries outside of the specific regional competition zones (China, Indonesia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong). Applicants must submit original micro films that directly align with the core themes of community empowerment and collective resilience. Evaluation will be based on the film’s ability to highlight stories that strengthen social bonds and provide pathways toward positive change.
