The Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) invites proposals for its Applied Research Grants Program, designed to support scientific and technological research that addresses Kuwait’s national priorities. The program encourages scientists and researchers to undertake applied projects that contribute to the country’s development, innovation, and knowledge economy.

While proposals across the broader fields of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) are welcome, priority consideration will be given to projects in the domains of Health, STEAM Education, Energy, Environment, Food & Water Security, and Future Economies. The program seeks to foster impactful research that advances Kuwait’s scientific capacity and delivers practical solutions to pressing challenges

Eligibility
