The U.S. Embassy in Tunisia invites Statements of Interest (SOIs) for innovative projects that strengthen economic ties between the United States and Tunisia while advancing shared prosperity. Proposed initiatives should demonstrate bold, impactful approaches that foster sustainable growth, enhance bilateral cooperation, and deliver measurable benefits to local communities. Awards will range from $250,000 to $20,000,000, with a performance period of 12 to 36 months. At this stage, applicants are required to submit a concise SOI of one to three pages outlining their project concept, objectives, and anticipated outcomes.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, universities, for‑profit firms, and international organizations with demonstrated expertise and local framework capacity. Submissions will be evaluated based on alignment with program objectives, organizational capacity, and the potential for sustainable impact.
