Selected startups receive USD 500,000 in investment, consisting of USD 125,000 for 7% equity through a post‑money SAFE and USD 375,000 via an uncapped SAFE with a Most Favored Nation (MFN) provision. Participants benefit from personalized guidance by YC General Partners, peer collaboration, and access to YC’s internal platform, Bookface, which facilitates networking, knowledge sharing, and alumni support. The program emphasizes founder collaboration through group and one‑on‑one office hours, weekly meetings, and community discussions. Towards the end of the batch, startups are introduced to YC’s extensive investor network to support additional fundraising. Eligibility

Applications are open to early‑stage startups from any sector or geographic region that demonstrate strong growth potential, innovative product development, and commitment to scaling. Founders must be prepared to participate in the in‑person program in San Francisco from October to December 2026, including kickoff events, mentoring sessions, and weekly meetings. Evaluation will consider the strength of the founding team, scalability of the product or service, and alignment with YC’s acceleration model. Companies must be willing to accept YC’s investment terms, including equity and SAFE agreements.
