The Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc. (CLFI) Community Development Partnership Grant Program supports organizations across the Philippines in advancing inclusive and sustainable community development. The program funds initiatives that strengthen education and youth development, promote sustainable livelihoods, and empower communities through innovative and collaborative approaches. Applicants are encouraged to integrate cross‑cutting themes such as financial inclusion, disaster resilience, climate action, environmental sustainability, gender equality, social inclusion, and digital innovation into their project design. Funding is available in three tiers: Small Grants (Php 100,000–300,000) for pilot or localized projects, Medium Grants (Php 300,001–1,000,000) for expanded or multi‑site initiatives, and Strategic Partnership Grants (Php 1,000,001–2,000,000) for large‑scale or innovative projects with strong potential for sustainable impact. Projects may range from short‑term pilots to broader interventions designed to deliver measurable outcomes and long‑term community benefits.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants include NGOs, people’s organizations, cooperatives, academic institutions, and social enterprises with a proven track record in community development. Proposals must be implemented within the Philippines and demonstrate organizational capacity to manage funds responsibly and achieve intended outcomes.
