025 Call for Proposals: Climate Action & Health Resilience Grants
Purpose
The programme supports innovative, community-led solutions that address the health impacts of extreme heat and air pollution in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
It seeks to build climate-resilient health systems and protect vulnerable populations, especially women, children, and outdoor workers.
Focus Areas
Projects should address one or more of the following priorities:
Strengthen community health systems to prepare for and respond to extreme heat and air pollution.
Leverage innovation, scientific research, or AI to enhance local resilience (e.g., early-warning systems, predictive tools).
Empower women and young people as leaders in climate and health adaptation.
Demonstrate local ownership, scalability, and sustainability.
Grant Information
Funding amount: €50,000 – €100,000 per project, per year
Duration: 12–24 months
Local impact: At least 80% of the budget must go directly to local activities

Implementation period: 2026–2027 (12–24 months)
