Annual Program Statement for Public Diplomacy Grant Program 2026 (Cambodia)
من نحن
The U.S. Mission to Cambodia invites applications for its Public Diplomacy Grant Program, designed to strengthen bilateral ties between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United States through initiatives that advance U.S. interests, showcase American excellence, and foster cooperation. Priority areas include commemorating the 250th Anniversary of America’s Founding through Freedom 250, safeguarding both nations against transnational cybercrime while promoting U.S. technological leadership and economic interests, engaging alumni networks to advance shared goals, promoting U.S. higher education, expanding American English language education, and countering malign influence while supporting free speech.
Projects must demonstrate a clear American connection through collaboration with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions to enhance understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives. The program provides funding of up to USD 25,000, with individual grants ranging from USD 5,000 to USD 25,000. Supported activities should directly contribute to strengthening bilateral relations and align with the stated priority areas.
