Open Call: Partnership for Advancing Gender Equality and SRHR in Rajasthan (India)
من نحن
The Partnership for Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and Gender Equality in Rajasthan (PASRHR-GE) seeks to strengthen health systems and improve access to quality maternal health, family planning, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services across Rajasthan, India. Implemented in collaboration with UNFPA, the initiative will support statewide interventions, with a particular focus on the priority districts of Udaipur, Sawai Madhopur, and Jaisalmer. The programme aims to advance adolescent and youth SRHR, promote gender equality, and prevent gender-based violence and harmful practices, including child marriage and gender-biased sex selection. Supported activities include strengthening health service delivery systems, enhancing the capacity of government institutions and service providers, improving survivor-centred responses to gender-based violence, implementing gender-transformative approaches, and generating evidence to inform programme improvement and policy development. The partnership is intended to benefit women, adolescents, young people, and populations at risk of gender-based violence and harmful practices throughout the state.
