Support for Musical Projects for Children and Youth
من نحن
The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation invites institutions to apply for funding of musical projects that foster creativity, participation, and community engagement among children and young people. The initiative emphasizes the integration of contemporary and modern music into educational activities, encouraging experimental approaches to sound and music while promoting inclusivity and broad societal participation. Each year, twenty projects will be selected, with each institution receiving €25,000 in support. Eligible projects should be designed to reach diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility beyond those already musically inclined. Applications must include a completed form, financial plan, and a detailed project document (up to eight pages) outlining the institution, project description, and relevant experience. For projects featuring works by young or lesser‑known composers, applicants must also provide sample scores and recordings via a cloud link. All materials must be submitted online in German or English through the Foundation’s application system by the stated deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
