2026 Atlassian Foundation: Call for Education Projects
من نحن
The Atlassian Foundation Collective Action for Education in the AI Era (CAE-AI 2026) is a global funding initiative designed to support collaborative efforts that improve education outcomes for disadvantaged learners in the context of rapid technological change. Through a commitment of US$8 million over two years, the program seeks to advance systemic education reform by supporting collective action partnerships that bring together nonprofits, schools, governments, private sector actors, and communities. The initiative focuses on ensuring that artificial intelligence and emerging technologies help reduce educational inequities rather than widen them, particularly for underserved and under-resourced populations. Selected partnerships may receive up to US$1 million over a two-year project period, alongside participation in a peer learning cohort and access to non-financial support, including Atlassian tools and expertise. Funded activities should demonstrate collaborative approaches that directly address educational disadvantage, strengthen cross-sector cooperation, and support the evolution of education systems to better serve learners in the AI era.
معايير القبول
Applicants must be registered nonprofit organizations operating anywhere in the world. Proposed initiatives must demonstrate a clear commitment to collective action through multi-stakeholder partnerships and provide evidence of how the project will directly relieve disadvantage for underserved learners. Applications should present a credible strategy for helping education systems adapt to the opportunities and challenges posed by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, while ensuring these technologies are used intentionally and appropriately to benefit learners at risk of being left behind. Proposals will be assessed on the strength of their collaborative approach, their potential for systemic impact, their direct contribution to reducing educational disadvantage, and the clarity of their strategy for creating equitable outcomes in the AI era.
