من نحن

The International Social Service – General Secretariat (ISS-GS), in partnership with Helvetas and Terre des hommes and supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, invites proposals from Moroccan civil society associations under Phase II of the Children and Youth on Migration Routes in North and West Africa (EJM) project. This initiative seeks to strengthen protection, education, and empowerment services for vulnerable children and youth in mobility situations, including migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, and those separated from their families.

Projects must respond to clearly identified needs in Rabat, Casablanca, and Oujda, delivering sustainable results for at least 250 children and young people under 24 years old, with individual case follow-up required. Priority will be given to initiatives that improve access to rights and essential services, strengthen frontline professional capacities, enhance case management mechanisms, and foster coordination at local and transnational levels.

Eligible activities include protection and case management, access to formal and non-formal education, healthcare, administrative and legal assistance, socio-economic integration, vocational training, and strengthening protection systems. Special emphasis will be placed on projects that promote beneficiary participation, prevent gender-based violence, introduce innovative or replicable solutions, and ensure sustainability beyond the funding period.

The maximum grant amount is 2,000,000 MAD per project, dedicated exclusively to approved activities such as service access, psychosocial support, educational and cultural initiatives, capacity building, and community actions.
