The program prioritizes locally designed and implemented initiatives that promote psychosocial support, disability inclusion, social cohesion, minority rights, and the protection and empowerment of women and children. Funding may be used for activities such as community health and sanitation services, improving access to disability support, providing essential supplies to vulnerable groups, and enhancing community safety and accessibility. Applicants may request grants of up to AUD 100,000, which are paid in Iraqi Dinar, with no minimum funding threshold. All project budgets must be prepared in Iraqi Dinar, and funded projects must be completed within 12 months of grant commencement.
