CFPs: Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment, Digital Resilience, and Participation in Georgia
من نحن
UN Women invites proposals from civil society organizations to implement community-led initiatives that advance women’s empowerment and participation across the regions of Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, and Samegrelo, Georgia. The call supports projects that respond to the needs and priorities of women and girls identified through Local Development Plans (LDPs), with a focus on strengthening prevention of and responses to violence against women and domestic violence, promoting women’s economic empowerment and access to entrepreneurship and business opportunities, reducing barriers linked to unpaid caregiving responsibilities, and enhancing women’s digital literacy and resilience to online risks and disinformation. Grant funding ranges from USD 10,000 to USD 26,000 per project. Proposed initiatives must be implemented within a five-month period and completed by 15 April 2027. The program aims to support locally relevant, community-driven actions that improve the social and economic participation of women and girls in the target regions.
