The WHO's Department for HIV, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis and Sexually Transmitted Infections is inviting proposals from qualified institutions to support the development, implementation and monitoring of norms and standards for advanced HIV disease (AHD).

The focus areas include developing AHD tools and training materials, supporting countries in implementing WHO guidelines, contributing to research and evidence synthesis, strengthening monitoring and data systems, providing technical support on related infections and resistance, improving inpatient care for AHD, and enhancing advocacy and awareness.

Proposals must include the background of the institution or consortium, a detailed methodology, a workplan with timeline, key deliverables, qualifications of proposed personnel, and a comprehensive budget. The funding amount for this opportunity is not specified.

معايير القبول

This call is open to eligible institutions and organizations with demonstrated expertise in HIV/AIDS programming, public health research, guideline development, or health systems strengthening.
